"This handsome, 21-story, white-brick apartment building at 10 East End Avenue on the southwest corner at 80th Street was erected in 1957 and converted to a co-operative in 1984.  It has 198 apartments. 

It was developed by Stanley R. Broff who lived in the building when he died in 1963 at the age of 46. "
