Carter's Review

This pleasant, 6-story, mid-block building at 306 East 82nd Street between Second and First Avenue was erected in 2008 and contains 7 apartments. It was erected by Richard Ng of CS Realty LLC and designed by Wu Chen of JWS Architect LLC.

Bottom Line

A nice, small boutique condominum on a tree-lined street on the Upper East Side convenient to many restaurants and a few blocks north of the Second Avenue subway line.

Description

The white brick building has attractive balconies above the second floor, discrete air-conditioners and is a tree-lined street.

Amenities

The building has a virtual doorman, a garage, roof deck, a keyed elevator, and basement storage.

Apartments

Apartment kitchens have Aster Cucina cabinetry in walnut and white high-gloss lacquer,  Caesarstone Blizzard countertops, 36-inch Liebherr French Door refrigerators, Bertazzoni ranges and Bosch dishwashers.   All units have washers and dryers. 

Apartment 4 is a three-bedroom unit with a gallery entrance that leads to a long living room with a balcony and an open kitchen.  The larger rear bedroom also has a balcony. 

Penthouse 6A is a three-bedroom unit with a 28-foot-long living/dining room with a 10-foot-wide balcony and a 12-foot-wide open kitchen and a balcony off its master bedroom.  It also has a 22-foot-wide roof terrace. 

The two-bedroom unit on the first floor has a living room with an open kitchen and a large rear yard and a large recreation room in the cellar.
