Overview of 325 East 79th Street

325 East 79th Street was built in 1929 and designed by New York architects Gronenberg & Leuchtag. It is an impeccable, full-service cooperative with a 24-hour elevator operator, live-in superintendent, fitness center, garden patio, laundry room, two bike rooms, and on-site storage. Carter’s Review

"This handsome, 17-story, mid-block apartment building was erected in 1928 and converted to a cooperative in 1980. It has 81 apartments.

It is adjacent to an attractive French restaurant, Quatorze and this neighborhood has several other nice restaurants and good neighborhood shopping. There is good cross-town bus service on 79h Street, but the closest subway station is at Lexington Avenue and 77th Street."
