Carter’s Review

"This attractive, red-brick, 6-story building was erected in 1950 and was converted to a cooperative in 1988. It has 54 apartments.

It is close to Carl Schurz Park and the East River, several private schools and a south-bound entrance to the FDR Drive at 79th Street. There is good cross-town bus service on 79th Street, but the building is not close to the subways."
