Carter's Review

This plain, simple and quite attractive, 6-story mid-block residential building at 554 East 82nd Street between East End and York avenues on the Upper East Side was converted in 2014 from an 8-unit building to a 4-unit condominium.

Michael Paul Alessio of Michael Paul Enterprises LLC was the developer and Thomas Vail of Vail Architects was the architect.

Bottom Line

This handsome boutique luxury condominium is very close to Carl Schurz Park and the Brearley and Chapin schools.

Description

With a limestone-clad façade highlighted by black window frames, this four-unit luxury condominium near Carl Schurz Park has large and elegant units with balconies and fireplaces.
