"This handsome, red-brick, mid-block, condominium apartment building was erected in 1985. The 15-story building has 92 units.

It has a doorman, a handsome, large, windowed lobby, a roof deck, a garage, discrete air-conditioners, sidewalk landscaping, consistent fenestration and a revolving door entrance. It has no health club and is located on a quiet street. There is good cross-town bus service nearby on 79th Street, but subways are not close."
