Incredible gym with lap pool. pilates room, massage areas, sauna and childrens playroom is open 24 hours a day. 3 outdoor barbeque grills and picnic tables are also available until 10 pm every night.

This is a new development without an elected board. The is a Condop with a very simple process and no real board package.

One block from the #1 train at 96th St and Express/Limited bus stops on Second, Third & Lexington Aves. An abundance of bars & restuarants above and below 96th Street. Yura the gourmet restaurant, bakery and take-out is a neighborhood mainstay.
This building is a full-service condop. The tenants began moving in around April 2006. Pied-A-Terres and sublets allowed. The building has a fitness center, a room for massages, & aerobics; a children`s playroom, a lap pool. They allow dogs and have a wash areas for bathing and grooming pets. There is a business center; an outdoor terrace and separate areas you can rent out for barbecues and group parties. It is a land lease building. It is a condop and the condominum portion of the building begins on the 23rd floor which is called the Tower Residences. The apartment rentals go up tothe 22nd floor. There is also an Islamic Culture Center within the tower.

The board consists of one man (board approval is very easy). A small purchase application is requried without any documentation such as tax returns, recommendation letters, bank statements, etc.

The 6 train is located one block from the building at 96th St. & Lexington Ave. The crosstown bus is across the street from the building. Mt. Sinai hospital is in close proximity to the building.
