Broker & Buyer Comments

This "luxury" residential tower offers "breathtaking 360-degree Manhattan views" from its "amazing" roof deck, while apartments boast "convenient" in-unit washer/dryers. The building features a "small but adequate" gym and common room, though the "sky-high" rents ($3800+ for one-bedrooms) make some residents "wince." While some praise the "outstanding" maintenance response times, others note "elevator wait times can be challenging" during peak hours. A "mixed bag" when it comes to service, but the "well-maintained" property remains popular for those who can afford it.
