Carter's Review
This attractive, red-brick, 6-story building and is a cooperative with 119 apartments. It is named after one of the nation's finest private schools for girls, which is nearby.
The building has protruding air-conditioners, and consistent fenestration. It has no balconies, no health club and no sidewalk landscaping.
It is very close to Carl Schurz Park and the East River, several private schools and a south-bound entrance to the FDR Drive at 79th Street. There is good cross-town bus service on 86th Street, but the building is not close to the subways.
