Carter's Review

This 22-story rental apartment building at 354 East 91st Street on the southwest corner at First Avenue on the Upper East Side was erected in 2003 as The Electra and in 2015 it was renamed The Cole.

It has 163 units.

It was developed by the Forkosh Development Group of which Alex Forkosh is a principal.  It was bought in 2012 by Carmel Partners of San Franciso for $95 million.

The architect was Van J. Brody of Brooklyn.

A bland box with inset balconies whose attraction is that is not far from the popular Asphalt Green park and Carl Schurz Park overlooking the East River.
