Carter's Review

This attractive, 36-story rental apartment tower at 205 East 92nd Street in Yorkville was erected by The Related Companies in 2016. It has 183 apartments. It was designed by Gary Handel. S. Russell Groves was the interior designer.    

Amenities

Building amenities include a 24-hour concierge, a penthouse amenity suite with a lounge and billiards room, party room and dining area with full-service catering kitchen, a two-floor Equinox fitness club, an aquatic-themed children's playroom with outdoor play area designed and built by Silver Hill Atelier, a teen room with study nooks and rehearsal rooms, pet grooming and day care services, tenants' storage, live-in super and a bike room.

Apartments

Apartments have eat-in kitchens, marble baths, spacious customized closets and oak wood floors. All homes are provided with in unit washers and dryers and smart home automation for temperature and motorized shade control.    Apartment 30A is a four-bedroom unit with a 14-foot-long entry foyer that leads to a 19-foot-long, open dining area and a 22-foot-long living room with an 12-foot-wide, enclosed and windowed kitchen.   Apartment 24521 is a three-bedroom unit with a long entry foyer that leads to a 21-foot-wide living/dining room next to an enclosed and windowed, 19-foot-long kitchen and 10-foot-wide breakfast room.   Apartment 24522 is a three-bedroom unit with an entry foyer adjacent to an enclosed kitchen and a 23-foot-long living/dining room.   Apartment 29375 is a two-bedroom unit with an 18-foot-long living/dining room with an open kitchen with a breakfast bar.   Another two-bedroom unit has an entry foyer that leads to a 11-foot-long, windowed dining room and a 22-foot-long living room and an 18-foot-long, enclosed, eat-in kitchen.
