Carter’s Review

"This attractive, red-brick, 12-story building was erected in 1964 and converted to a condominium in 1980. It has 163 apartments.

It is not far from Carl Schurz Park and the East River, several private schools and a south-bound entrance to the FDR Drive at 79th Street. There is good cross-town bus service on 79th Street, but the building is not close to the subways."

24-hour doorman building but no amenities. Low common charges and overall low taxes. The Management is David Eisenstein from 2015.

A bit slow in responding but basically good.

East of York Avenue location. Nice residential block.
Limited Garage in the building for owners only
