Carter's Review
This handsome, 29-story apartment building was erected in 1981 and has 235 rental apartments.
The beige-brick building has an entrance marquee, a doorman, a concierge, a driveway, a garage, a sun deck, balconies, consistent fenestration, discrete air-conditioners, and lush sidewalk landscaping. It has a one-story gray granite base and a nice lobby. Many of the apartments on higher floors have excellent views.
There is good cross-town bus service on 79th and 86th Streets, and an express subway station at 86th Street and Lexington Avenue. The Metropolitan Museum of Art's entrance is on 82nd Street at Fifth Avenue.
There is excellent shopping in this attractive neighborhood and numerous nearby restaurants.
