Carter’s Review

"This attractive, white-brick apartment building on one of the nicest blocks on this major cross-street was erected as a cooperative in 1961. The 20-story building has 115 apartments.

This location is very desirable for families because it is only a block away from Carl Schurz Park to the east and several private schools are nearby. Crosstown bus service is excellent and the York Avenue buses cross midtown at 57th Street. Subways, however, are not nearby."
