Carter's Review

Yorkville Tower 2 is a red-brick, 34-story apartment tower at 1641 Third Avenue on the northeast corner at 92nd Street that is part of the large Ruppert Towers complex that opened in 1975 and was converted to condominiums n 2003.

It was designed by Davis, Brody & Associates.

  It has 317 units.

Bottom Line

This large, mutli-faceted tower has great views and is convenient to an excellent wine store, good restaurants and the many educational and religious insitutiions in the Carnegie Hill neighborhood.
