This pale orange-brick, 5-story building at 689 Myrtle Avenue between Bedford Avenue and Spencer Street in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn was built in 1947 as the Cocoline Chocolate Factory.
The building was converted to 45 condominium apartments in 2006.
