"This attractive, 13-story, beige-brick, apartment building was erected in 1916. It is a cooperative and has 85 apartments.

This building has a central Upper West Side location that is close to numerous stores and restaurants. It is not far from a subway station on Broadway at 86th Street, which has excellent cross-town bus service."
