"This attractive, 16-story building at 200 West 108th Street on the south corner at Amsterdam Avenue on the Upper West Side was erected in 1929 and was converted in 1989 to 111 co-operative apartments. 

It was erected by the 200 West 108th Street Corporation of which Jacob Schulz was president and was designed by Gronenberg & Leuchtag. "
