The 2000s Condos index is comprised of Manhattan buildings built or converted into condos in the 2000s. The many luxury new developments built in the 2000s include 15 Central Park West, the Time Warner Center, and 1 Morton Square. CityRealty has not placed an absolute limit to the number of buildings included in this Index. The criteria for inclusion in this index are as follows:
CityRealty evaluates all of its indices regularly. All pricing information has been provided by the New York City Department of Finance via the Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS).
Please note that CityRealty does not rank buildings within the Index; rather, a default sort order is provided (which is price / ft2 based on the each building's past 12 months sales history).
