The Central Park condos index tracks prices in condos that either have direct Central Park frontage, such as 15 Central Park West, or are within half a block of the park, such as the Deutsche Bank Center.
CityRealty has not placed an absolute limit to the number of buildings included in this Index. The criteria for inclusion in this index are as follows:
CityRealty evaluates all of its indices regularly. All pricing information has been provided by the New York City Department of Finance via the Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS).
Please note that CityRealty does not rank buildings within the Index; rather, a default sort order is provided (which is price / ft2 based on the each building's past 12 months sales history).
