The Costas Kondylis index tracks prices in condos designed by prolific architect Costas Kondylis, who designed dozens of Manhattan condo buildings, including Trump World Tower and The Rushmore. The criteria for inclusion in this index are as follows:
CityRealty evaluates all of its indices regularly. The current New Developments condo index tracks prices in buildings considered new developments in 2016. All pricing information has been provided by the New York City Department of Finance via the Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS).
