The Downtown Condo Index tracks the major residential condominiums in Downtown Manhattan. CityRealty has not placed an absolute limit to the number of buildings included in this Index. The criteria for inclusion in this index are as follows:
CityRealty evaluates all of its indices regularly. For the Downtown Condo Index, CityRealty will add or remove properties to the Index on a as needed basis throughout the year. All pricing information has been provided by the New York City Department of Finance via the Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS).
Please note that CityRealty does not rank buildings within the Index; rather, a default sort order is provided (which is price / ft2 based on the each building's past 12 months sales history).
