The NoMad index tracks the performance of prices in condominiums in NoMad, the neighborhood largely located north of Madison Square Park. The area has been a hotbed for commercial and residential development in recent years. CityRealty follows a strict set of criteria to determine which buildings are included in the index. This criteria are as follows:
CityRealty evaluates all of its indices regularly. All pricing information has been provided by the New York City Department of Finance via the Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS).
Please note that CityRealty does not rank buildings within the Index; rather, a default sort order is provided (which is price / ft2 based on the each building's past 12 months sales history).
