Carter’s Review

"This handsome, 16-story building was erected in 1958 and has 98 cooperative apartments.

This is a very good Upper East Side location that is convenient to excellent local shopping, numerous religious institutions and schools. There is good cross-town bus service on 79th Street and Lenox Hill Hospital is nearby at 77th Street on the avenue where there is also a local subway station."
