Carter's Review
This narrow, "in-fill," 18-story, mid-block apartment house was erected in 1980 as a cooperative and has only 14 apartments.
The dark brown-brick building has a canopied entrance and doorman, but no sidewalk landscaping, no garage and no health club. It has large windows and discrete air-conditioners and a small, mirrored lobby.
There are numerous schools and religious and cultural institutions nearby as well as many restaurants. Public transportation is excellent as is neighborhood shopping.
