Overview of 177 East 79th Street

177 East 79th Street offers a unique, loft-like living experience in a boutique co-op on the Upper East Side. This 18-story building, constructed in 1980, features just 14 exclusive residences with private keyed elevator access to each floor-through apartment.

The building includes a live-in superintendent, video intercom, and part-time doorman service from Monday to Friday (7:00 am - 3:00 pm). Carter’s Review

"This narrow, "in-fill," 18-story, mid-block apartment house was erected in 1980 as a cooperative and has only 14 apartments.

There are numerous schools and religious and cultural institutions nearby as well as many restaurants. Public transportation is excellent as is neighborhood shopping."
