Carter Horsley's Review of 45 East 82nd Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This attractive, brown-brick apartment building was erected in 1913 and converted to a cooperative in 1958, the same year as was its nearly identical twin on the north side of the same Madison Avenue block.

The building has a doorman, four bandcourses, consistent fenestration and a canopied entrance but no sidewalk landscaping, no health club and no garage." Read Carter's Full Review
