"Marketing begun in 2009 for Merritt House, the attractive, pre-war, mid-block, residential condominium building at 167 East 82nd Street.

It has a canopied entrance with a fan-shaped transom window and sidewalk landscaping. There is a vestibule and a four-step-down, attended lobby with a vaulted ceiling. The first floor has a children s playroom, a fitness center and a dining room with catering kitchen, all with windows overlooking the building's landscaped courtyard."
