Carter’s Review

"This attractive, 6-story building was erected in 1958 and converted to a cooperative in 1983. It has 48 apartments.

This is very good Carnegie Hill neighborhood location that is close to several private schools, numerous religious and cultural institutions. There is good local shopping and a subway station at 96th Street and Lexington Avenue. There is good cross-town bus service on 96th Street and Central Park is only a block-and-a-half away."
