Carter’s Review

"An attempt was made in 1982 to convert this large and handsome industrial building at 505 Court Street in the Carroll Gardens section of Brooklyn to a cooperative but the plan was not declared effective and for a quarter of a century more it remained a rental apartment building.

Finally, it was converted that year with 124 apartments by Urban Residential whose other New York projects included 505 Greenwich Street and 255 Hudson Street."
