Carter Horsley's Review of 30 West 86th Street

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This 10-story, condominium apartment building was created in 1990 when floors were added to two, adjacent, attractive, Georgian-style townhouses that dated to about 1900.

The overall effect is a little odd and ungainly, yet unobstrusive and the preservation of the building's base helps maintain the street's nice ambiance as it is in context with several other low-rise buildings." Read Carter's Full Review
