Carter’s Review

"This 12-story building at 101 West 87th Street on the northwest corner at Columbus Avenue was erected in 1986 as a 10-story, 95-unit, rental structure by the Related Companies and was initially known as Columbus Green.

Related subsequently sold it in 2005 for $42.5 million to YL Real Estate Developers, which was headed by Yair Levy, who renamed it Park Columbus and added a couple of floors and converted it to an 80-unit condominium.  Related at the same time also sold Mr. Levy 225 Rector Place in Battery Park City and in 2009 construction work on the conversion of both buildings was halted."
