"This attractive, beige-brick, 16-story apartment building, which is known as The Brewster, was erected in 1927 and designed by Sugarman & Berger whose other Upper West Side buildings include the Broadway Fashion Building on the southwest corner at 84th Street, the White House at 262 Central Park West and the New Yorker Hotel at 34th Street.

This building was converted to 144 condominium apartments and 8,000-square feet of medical space in 2014 by Adellco, whose other Manhattan projects include the Capitol at Chelsea and the Aston."
