327 CPW is a landmark building and one of the only prewar condominium buildings below West 96th. It has a classy lobby which has been restored down to the detail and reflects the magnificent features of its 1920s origin. With an entrance to Central Park across the street and its close proximity to museums and restaurants it?s a fabulous place to live.
