Overview of 33 Bond Street

The 25-story tower at 33 Bond Street stands at the south fringe of Downtown Brooklyn, close to the tree-lined, low-rise Boerum Hill neighborhood, meaning that floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies on the tower’s upper floors open onto spectacular panoramas of Brooklyn, while north- and west-facing windows face the Brooklyn and Manhattan skylines in all their glory. The massive roof deck is a veritable private park, while HomeWork is an extensive in-house business space with a focus on collaborative work.

33 Bond offers its residents private access into the Chelsea Piers Fitness Center in Brooklyn, located within the building, which offers a three-lane, 75-foot indoor pool, group fitness studios, and more. The building stands in Downtown Brooklyn, where a multitude of subway lines put Downtown Manhattan within a five-minute commute and offer convenient access to Midtown elsewhere in the city.
