It was developed by Happy Living Development, whose other projects in Brooklyn include Hello New York, a 40-unit condo at 651 New York Avenue, Hello Albemarle, a 43-unit building at 2417 Albemarle Road, and Hello Lenox, a 56-unit rental project at 271 Lenox, all in Prospect Lefferts Garden."
