Carter's Review

This attractive, 19-story, red-brick apartment building at 200 East 27th Street was built in 1964 and has 280 apartments.

It is also known as 209-211 East 26th Street and 367-373 Third Avenue.

The building, which is known as Victoria House, has a full-time doorman, a garage and a roof deck.

It was converted to a cooperative in 1984.

It was designed by Leo Stillman whose other buildings include 96 Fifh Avenue, 200 East 84th Street, 201 East 25th Street and Georgetown Plaza Apartments.

The building has no balconies, but some terraces.
