"This 6-story building at 171 West 12th Street between the Avenue of the Americas and Seventh Avenue in the West Village was erected in 1922 and has 25 co-operative apartments.

It is very close to the 12th Street entrance to the 14th Street station of the IRT subway and convenient to numerous restaurants."
