It is very close to the 12th Street entrance to the 14th Street station of the IRT subway and convenient to numerous restaurants.
Bottom Line

The red-brick building has a canopied entrance and a 6-step-up vestibule.
It has arched windows on the first floor with sidewalk landscaping beneath a nice building-wide balcony. The building also has a fire-escape in the middle of its front façade, which also has a bandcourse above its fifth floor. The building has a scalloped cornice.
