Carter’s Review

"A February 24, 1985 article in The New York Times noted that the commercial buildings at 16 and 20 East 12th Street in Greenwich Village were being converted into a single 38-unit residential condominium by Secured Properties Inc. and 16-20 Realty Associates.  Among the principals, the article continued, was Jonathan L. Paskow.

Vito J. Tricarico was the architect for the project, which added a floor to each building: one has 9 stories and the other 12, “to accommodate duplex units on the top floors.”"
