Carter’s Review

"Just south of the Claremont at 8 Union Square South on the southwest corner at 14th Street is another, smaller condominium project by the same developer, the Claremont Group, and architect, Arpad Baksa, 126 University Place between 13th and 14th Streets that was built in 2004.

The building is half a block from a Whole Foods store and Union Square Park."
