"This handsome, 21-story, building was erected in 1965 and was converted to a cooperative in 1985. It has 129 units.

This is a very good Upper East Side location that is convenient to many restaurants and good neighborhood shopping. There are numerous cultural and religious institutions in the area and there is good cross-town bus service on 79th Street. There is a local subway station at 77th Street and Lexington Avenue where Lenox Hill Hospital is also located." Read Carter's Full Review
