"Hawthorn Park is a 54-story rental apartment building at 160 West 62nd Street on the Fordham University campus at the southwest corner of the Lincoln Center For the Performing Arts and west of the stunning, curved, 22-story Fordham University Law School and Dormitory Building designed by Pei Cobb Freed.

It was developed by Glenwood Management and designed by the Stephen B. Jacobs Group that has also designed similar tower for Glenwood planned for 175 West 60th Street."
