"This pleasant, 7-story apartment building was completed in 2006 and is notable for its bright red façade. The red portion takes up most of the second through the fifth floors of the building that has a setback at the sixth floor.

The building has a doorman, and a roof deck with six cabana spaces with running water. Many apartments have terraces and there are 3 garden duplexes and two four-bedroom penthouses."
