"This sprightly, mid-block, 18-story residential condominium building at 50 Franklin Street in TriBeCa is very close to Foley Square and a couple of blocks north of City Hall. 

The building was developed on the former site of a garage in 2009 by CM & Associates of which Christopher Mesbah is a principal.  "
