Plans for a new boutique condominium at 430 Kosciuszko Street, located on the cusp of Bedford-Stuyvesant and Bushwick, go back to 2018. The developer (listed only as 430 Koscuiszko Developments LLC) had initially planned a new four-story building, but it was not approved and this plan was withdrawn. A short time later, the developer filed permits for a one-story expansion; these were approved, as was an application for exterior facade work. The finished product shows a starkly modern facade with jutting glass balconies, though the height and materials are at least congruous with its nearest neighbors.
