Hudson Yard’s first condo offering is now a quarter sold, having secured more than $300 million in contracts since commencing sales last September. Though not slated to open until October 2018, Fifteen Hudson Yards
has found buyers for 75 of its 285 condominiums. The 88-story skyscraper is being developed by Stephen Ross’ Related Companies
and designed by acclaimed architecture firm Diller Scofidio + Renfro (DSR)
in collaboration with Rockwell Group. The skyscraper will soar to more than 900 feet, making it among the tallest residential buildings in New York and granting all its homes remarkable views of Manhattan and beyond.

Per yesterday’s press release, sales in the building have outpaced all other new Manhattan developments. Deals have been locked in at an average of nearly $5 million or $3,250 per ft² —far above Midtown West’s
current condo sale average of $1,899 per ft². “The center of gravity in New York City is shifting and the west side is where New Yorkers want to spend their time and live,” said Jeff Blau, Chief Executive Officer at Related Companies.
Fifteen Hudson Yards is rising at the southwest corner of its superblock, adjacent to the final spur of High Line. The tower will join four other skyscrapers on Hudson Yard's eastern railyard and will join Heatherwick Studio’s fascinating public landmark named Vessel. It will also sit adjacent to the Culture Shed, an innovative 170,000-square-foot visual and performing arts institution that will host visual art, design, media and performance organizations from the New York area and abroad.
As of this morning, the tower’s concrete superstructure has climbed some 10-stories above West 30th Street, outpacing the construction of its mixed-use peer at 35 Hudson Yards. The building’s design evolves from a rectangular footprint and culminates in a sinuous quatrefoil.
Related Sales and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group are handling sales and marketing for the building. Signed contracts range from $2 million for a one-bedroom apartment to $10 million for a three-bedroom unit. Current availabilities have asking prices starting at $3.785 million for a two-bedroom, $6.45 million for a three-bedroom, and $11.85 million for four-bedrooms.
Homes are provided with an open kitchen with a free-standing marble island, custom oakwood cabinetry and Miele appliances. Buyers can choose from two personalized interior design schemes: the “Tonal Scheme” and the darker “Contrast Scheme.” The project will also seek LEED Gold certification, thus home will feature ducted fresh air with four points of filtration per unit, Lutron home automation, and a gray water recycling system that uses storm water runoff to support cooling and irrigation.
Residents will enjoy access to 30,000 square feet of amenities. The 50th floor is dedicated to "wellness pursuits" and includes an aquatics center with a 75-foot-long swimming pool, private spa with treatment rooms, beauty bar outfitted for hair and makeup services, fitness center t, private studio for yoga and group classes, and a children’s imagination center. The 51st floor has a club room, two corner private dining suites, sound-proof screening and performance room, golf club lounge, wine storage and tasting room, business center, and a collaborative work space. The top of the building features an entertaining suite with spaces for relaxing and dining.
