Sales are to begin later this year on Olympia's 76 one to five-bedroom homes. They will be priced from approximately $1.65 million and bestow unrivaled postcard views of the Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan skyline. The sail-like structure is being designed by Hill West Architects and developed by Brooklyn-based Fortis Property Group. Residential and amenity interior spaces are being shaped by Workstead, and are said to use a palette of colors and materials that are grounded in the maritime and industrial inheritance of DUMBO’s waterfront.
