Months after Ivana Trump’s death, her estate has listed the Upper East Side townhouse she bought in 1992, the year her divorce from "the Donald" was finalized, for $2.5 million; it is now on the market for over 10 times that amount. In her memoir, she wrote about how significant work was required to turn the former dentist’s office into a residence.
