These show that the median price of a Manhattan condo is $2,391,093, or $1,783 per square foot, bringing it up slightly from last week. The median price of a Manhattan co-op is $899,733, down slightly from last week's numbers.
Rental listings all over New York continue to climb, in this case up to 16,212 availabilities. Median Manhattan rents stayed roughly in line with last week's and now come to $2,800/month for studios, $3,384/month for one-beds, $4,398/month for two-beds, and $5,300/month for three-beds.
